Our family (mom, dad and sister) inspires my son to play basketball. We have always supported, encouraged, and believed in him. We introduced him to the sport, cheered him on at his games and practices, and encouraged him to keep working hard even when things were difficult. Our love and support helped him develop not only as a basketball player but also as a confident, disciplined, and respectful young person.
The moment I am proudest of in my son’s athletic journey is seeing him receive the Player of the Year award. It wasn’t just the award itself that made me proud, but knowing how much hard work, dedication, and perseverance he put into getting there. I’ve watched him practice when he was tired, learn from his mistakes, and continue to push himself. Seeing his hard work recognized was a very special moment for me as a parent.
