Karter is inspired by his father and big brother. He looks for them in the stands to ask how he is doing and to cheer him on. After every game they discuss the plays and what he could have done differently. His 18 year old brother has volunteered to be an assistant coach the last few years.
Last football season Karter stepped up to help his team by playing running back, receiver, quarterback, safety, cornerback, linebacker, and kicker.
