What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Kaylee loves being part of a team, competing, and having fun with her teammates. She loves the excitement of the game and the feeling of working together toward a common goal. Soccer challenges her to work hard, improve her skills, and always give her best. Most of all, she loves the friendships she has made and the memories they create together. Whether it’s a big win, a tough game, or just laughing with her teammates, soccer is a place where Kaylee feels happy, confident, and at home.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Kaylee is inspired by her coaches and teammates on the field, who push her to work hard, stay positive, and never give up. Off the field, her biggest inspiration comes from her parents and family, who support her through every challenge and celebrate every accomplishment. They have taught her to be strong, determined, kind, and confident. Their encouragement inspires Kaylee to keep pushing herself, be a great teammate, and always give her best both on and off the field.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that makes us most proud is watching Kaylee return to the soccer field after battling a serious staph infection. She went through a difficult and scary time, but never lost her determination to get back to the sport she loves. Seeing her work hard, regain her strength, and step back onto the field showed us just how strong and resilient she truly is. It wasn’t about winning a game or scoring a goal—it was watching her overcome such a big challenge and come back stronger.
