What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreWhat Kaylie loves most about soccer is the competitiveness and energy everyone brings to the field. She loves seeing her teammates work together, fight for every ball, and give their best for the team. That shared determination makes every game exciting and inspires her to play harder, grow stronger, and become a better teammate.
The players on Kaylie’s team inspire her most. She believes inspiration comes not only from college or professional athletes, but also from the teammates beside her every day. They push her to improve, encourage her through challenges, and teach her that being a great player also means being a supportive teammate and a better person on and off the field.
One of my proudest moments was watching Kaylie and her teammates give everything they had during their last tournament. They fought for every ball, played with purpose, and celebrated each goal with passion. What made me proudest was seeing Kaylie compete with determination while encouraging her teammates and showing what it truly means to be part of a team.
