The moments that make me proudest aren’t necessarily the biggest wins. It’s watching them continue to work hard after a difficult game, encourage their teammates, and come back determined to improve. Seeing their confidence grow and watching them learn to handle both success and disappointment with maturity has made me incredibly proud.
