What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

As a Level 6 flyer with a very competitive spirit she loves the thrill of mastering new skills, and pushing herself to improve. There’s no better feeling than pushing past her fears, trusting her teammates, and finally mastering a difficult skill.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

She’s inspired by all teams who produced the skills and great sportsmanship. Gabi Butler is someone in particular who inspires her because she has competed at the highest levels of cheer and continues to push herself to be better.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that made me the proudest wasn’t a trophy or a first-place finish, it is just watching her realize just how strong and capable she truly is. Being born with polycystic kidney disease (PKD) This is something we never thought possible and now she’s living out her dream doing the sport that she loves.
