What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What I love most about playing my sport is the feeling I get when I’m out there competing. I love pushing myself, getting better, and seeing all the hard work I put in pay off. I enjoy being part of a team, competing with my teammates, and working together to reach our goals. Most of all, I love the challenge, the excitement, and the feeling of knowing I’m giving it everything I have every time I play.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

The people who inspire me the most on and off the field are my family, especially my mom. They motivate me to keep pushing, work hard, and never give up, even when things get difficult. On the field, my coaches and teammates inspire me to become a better athlete and always give my best. Off the field, my family reminds me to stay humble, make good choices, and be the best person I can be. Their support motivates me to keep going and become the best version of myself.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One moment in Khalif’s athletic journey that makes me proud is watching him continue to push through challenges and never give up. Seeing how much he has grown, not only as an athlete but also as a young man, makes me incredibly proud. His dedication, hard work, and determination show me that he is willing to put in the effort to reach his goals. Watching him compete and give his all is something I will always be proud of.
