Football gives him a chance to work hard, have fun, and be surrounded by teammates who feel like family. He especially loves seeing the results of all the work he puts in at practice come together on game day.
His mom and dad are his biggest inspirations. He looks up to us for strength, hard work, and the way we always push him to believe in himself. We teach him to never give up, stay humble, work for what he wants, and always give his best. Knowing we are in his corner motivates him to work harder, both on and off the field, and to become the best version of himself.
One of my proudest moments has been watching him grow through challenges instead of giving up. Whether it’s a tough loss, a mistake, or being pushed outside his comfort zone, he continues to show up, work harder, and believe in himself. Seeing his confidence, discipline, and love for the game grow reminds me that his journey is about more than football its about the young man he’s becoming.
