Learn MoreI like spending time with kids my age and learning more about how to play the game of baseball. I enjoy playing MLB The Show and watching the Dodgers. I also like learning new facts about baseball, especially about players, teams, and the history of the game. Most of all, I love being outside, playing baseball, practicing, and working to become a better player.
His coaches inspire him both on and off the field because they are always helping him become a better baseball player. Baseball also runs in his family. His dad and grandfather both played, and his dad has even coached him. He enjoys playing for different teams, meeting new teammates, learning from new coaches, and getting as much practice as he can. His goal is to keep learning, improving, and becoming the best player and teammate he can be.
Koltyn said one of his proudest moments was stepping onto the pitcher’s mound and getting the chance to actually be a pitcher. In that game, he had six strikeouts! He also got to play center field and made a great throw all the way to the catcher to get a runner out at home. He was really proud because he got to play different positions, make big plays, and help his team.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
