What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Konnor loves most about playing baseball and football is being with his friends, competing, and working together as a team. He loves the excitement of competition, pushing himself to get better, and giving his best effort every time he steps on the field. Most of all, he loves the feeling of working hard with his teammates, overcoming challenges, and celebrating a big win together.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Konnor is inspired by Shohei Ohtani, Konnor Griffin, and Christian McCaffrey. He looks up to their talent, hard work, and dedication, but also enjoys seeing what they do away from sports. Whether it’s playing video games, spending time with family and friends, or just having fun, Konnor likes seeing that his heroes are people he can relate to. They inspire him to work hard, stay humble, and enjoy being a kid.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The one moment I’ll never forget is when our 10U football team only had 15 players, including kids who had never played football before. Konnor played both offense and defense, but what made me most proud was watching him step up as a leader. He helped line his teammates up in the correct positions, encouraged them every play, and made sure they stayed confident. Seeing him lead and support his teammates showed me how much he has grown.
