What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Rugby is a huge part of my life. After seven years of playing, I've learned the value of hard work, teamwork, and perseverance. As a winger, I enjoy using speed, confidence, and determination to create opportunities, evade defenders, and score tries. The excitement of crossing the try line is unmatched. Most importantly, rugby has taught me that success comes from trusting teammates and working together, with every player contributing to the strength of the team.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Something that inspires me in rugby is the New Zealand All Blacks. They inspire me because I’ve been watching them play since I was very young. I was recently in New Zealand and got to watch an All Blacks game, and it was the best game I’ve ever seen. What inspires me most is their teamwork, discipline, and respect for the game. They never give up, always support each other, and show what can be achieved through hard work and dedication.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One moment in my athletic journey that makes me proudest was when my rugby team competed in a Rugby Sevens tournament last year and earned third place. It was a fun and memorable weekend, and everyone played their best. Out of 20 games, we only lost three, which showed how hard we had worked as a team. I was proud of our teamwork, determination, and effort throughout the tournament, and winning a medal made the experience even more rewarding.
