He loves the team concept of working together towards the same goals.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

I inspired him with some of his friends & he sees that he comes from a long line of great athletes in their own right. Like a wilma rudolph, whom he's related to by blood.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

When he started to show leadership towards his teammates. They loved that he came out his shell, now he's a team leader.
