She loves the challenge of mastering her skills, competing at a high level, and seeing her hard work pay off on the field. Whether she’s catching, batting, playing outfield, training, or talking with her teammates, she genuinely enjoys the process. Softball has given her confidence, friendships, unforgettable experiences, and opportunities to compete beyond what she once imagined. She simply loves the game!
Laila is inspired by the opportunities her hard work continues to create. Playing HS, travel and RBI softball, competing in the World Series, and earning invitations to the All-State and All-American Games remind her that training has a purpose. She is also surrounded by amazing older teammates and coaches who pour into her, challenge her and model what’s possible. Each opportunity motivates her to keep working, growing and becoming the best version of herself—on and off the field.
Our proudest moment has been watching Laila’s RBI team reach the World Series and seeing her learn and compete as a 9th grader alongside college commits. That experience showed how far her dedication has taken her and how she can hold her own at the highest levels. It’s a moment that reflects her growth, builds her confidence, and love for the game.
