Learn MoreWhat she loves most about track is the feeling of pushing herself to be better every time she steps onto the track. She loves the excitement of competing, setting new goals, and seeing her hard work pay off. Most of all, she loves the confidence, friendships, and joy that track brings her. She may be young, but she runs with so much determination and heart, and she never gives up.
My biggest inspiration both on and off the track is my mom. She teaches me to never give up, even when things get hard, and to always believe in myself. Watching her face challenges with strength and courage inspires me to keep pushing forward. She reminds me that winning isn’t always about coming in first—it’s about giving your best, working hard, and being proud of how far you’ve come.
One moment that makes me the proudest is watching my daughter step onto the track and give it everything she has, no matter how nervous or tired she may be. Seeing her push through the finish line with a smile reminds me that she is learning so much more than just how to run. She is learning determination, confidence, discipline, and never to give up. As her mom, I couldn’t be prouder of the strong, hardworking young girl she is becoming.
