He loves the excitement of competition, being part of a team, challenging himself to improve, and most of all, having fun while playing the sport he loves. He enjoys making his teammates better, working toward a common goal, and celebrating each other’s successes.
Leo is inspired by the people who have helped shape him both on and off the field. His coaches inspire him to push beyond his limits, work hard, and never give up, while his teammates inspire him to lead with encouragement, positivity, and determination. Most of all, his family inspires him to be the best person and athlete he can be. We remind him that true success isn’t just about winning, but about being a great teammate, staying humble, and always giving his best.
One of the moments that made us the proudest was watching Leo step up as a leader for his team. It wasn’t about scoring a goal or winning a game, it was seeing him encourage his teammates, stay positive, and continue working hard even when things were difficult. Watching him put his teammates first and lead by example showed us how much he has grown, not only as an athlete, but as a person. That moment reminded us that the greatest victories happen both on and off the field.
