What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Lexi loves most about dance is the opportunity to express herself through movement and tell a story on stage. Dance allows her to combine athleticism, artistry, and emotion while continuously challenging herself to grow. She enjoys learning new skills, performing with her teammates, and creating lasting friendships. Most of all, she loves the confidence, joy, and sense of accomplishment that dance brings every time she steps onto the stage.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Lexi is inspired by her dance teachers, who encourage her to work hard, believe in herself, and never give up on her goals. She is also inspired by older dancers who lead by example through their dedication, talent, and perseverance. Their passion for dance motivates Lexi to continue growing, pushing herself to improve, and always giving her best both in the studio and on stage.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One moment I’m most proud of is when I tried a new style of dance and challenged myself to learn new skills. It was outside my comfort zone, but I worked hard, stayed determined, and pushed myself to keep improving. Being able to step on stage and confidently show what I learned made me proud of how far I’ve come and reminded me that I can accomplish anything when I don’t give up.
