Her late brother inspires her and her mother. Her brother had been battling cancer for years and was not able to compete. She did her best every game for her brother until he passed in June 4th of this year. Her mother is her biggest fan and was also an athlete in her high-school and college years. She was taught to put the Lord in everything she does so the Lord is who keeps her going. Philippians 4:13 is her scripture.
She continues to push against the odds even though she has lost her brother she is determined to make him proud. She takes her pain and makes it into something spectacular. What makes me the proudest of all is her getting all of her mvps in different sports. She is an all around athlete.
