What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Interacting with her friends and helping to train others in the sport she loves. She uses volleyball to help hone in on her leadership skills and be the best leader she can be.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her mom, Ashley. She inspires her to be a better young woman. She has taught her the humility of being a great Christian woman and how to serve and lead others.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

When Liberty made the AAU regional travel team with the Fellowship Of Christian Athletes (FCA) after not making the high school volleyball team. It helped to humble her and realize that you have to continue to work hard in life and all the no's will eventually turn into yes.

Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
