What she loves most about swimming and gymnastics is the challenge of pushing herself to become better every day. Swimming makes her feel strong and confident, while gymnastics allows her to be creative, focused, and determined. Both sports have taught her the importance of discipline, hard work, and never giving up, even when something is difficult. Most of all, she loves the feeling of accomplishing something she once thought she couldn’t do and making her family proud.
Her biggest inspiration is her mom , who encourages her to believe in herself and never give up. We teach her to work hard, stay humble, and keep going through challenges. Her coaches also inspire her by pushing her to improve and reminds her that mistakes are part of learning. Their support motivates her to do her best in swimming and gymnastics and to be a positive example for others. She's also inspired by Katie Ladecky and Simone Biles because they show her to work hard.
One moment that makes me proudest is seeing Lilianna achieve more medals and her incredible consistency and dedication to swimming and gymnastics.
