What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreLincoln thrives on the perfect balance of team unity and intense personal competition. As a goalie, he loves facing the pressure of every shot. But his favorite part isn't the stats—it's joking in the locker room, cheering his team on when the odds are tough, and being part of his team family. Whether he’s defending the crease or racing BMX in the off-season, Lincoln simply loves the joy of moving, competing, and growing alongside his friends.
On the rink, Lincoln draws inspiration from other goaltenders and coaches, striving to be the best, just like the best. Off the rink, his parents drive his quiet, relentless work ethic, teaching him to "be strong, focused, and never give up." Finally, volunteering in his community reminds him to stay humble, give back, and be a positive role model for his team.
Lincoln’s proudest moment was making the U11 Team Canada Ball Hockey Team. He put his head down, worked tirelessly, and earned his spot to represent his country at the United World Games. While wearing the maple leaf is a dream come true, as parents we are equally proud of how he has embraced the experience, building lifelong bonds and making new friends from across the country and the world. Watching him play for Canada with such heart and humility is the ultimate reward.
