Learn MoreLogan loves the excitement of competition, being part of a team, and making plays that help his teammates. The times he's made a captain was due to him giving his best and having great teamwork. However, the friendships created, teamwork, and confidence he gains through basketball and flag football is what makes it all worth it.
Logan is inspired by his parents and coaches because he is encouraged to work hard, stay focused, and never gives up. He also looks up to athletes who demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. We all keep him grounded and remind him that being a great athlete is about having a positive attitude, respecting others, grit and always striving to become better.
One of the things that makes me most proud is seeing Logan continue to compete and give his best, even when things don't go exactly as planned. Watching him grow from simply loving sports to understanding teamwork, discipline, and perseverance has been amazing. His willingness to learn, encourage his teammates, leadership and keep working to improve shows the kind of athlete and person he is becoming.
