Whether on the ice, track or diamond, Londyn loves competing, learning and pushing herself beyond what she thought possible. Most of all, she loves being part of a team and celebrating others’ successes. She brings the same joy and determination to every sport she plays.
Londyn is inspired by her coach, Barb Westhaver, whose dedication to her athletes goes far beyond the ice. She also looks up to Olympians like Alysa Liu, who found her own joy in skating and learned to make the sport truly her own. Londyn admires athletes who work hard, stay grounded and never lose sight of why they love their sport.
One of my proudest moments was watching Londyn put her own performance and scores aside to be there for a teammate. Whether she is on the bench for an inning or waiting for her turn, she never stops cheering, encouraging and celebrating her teammates. Her greatest strength isn't just how hard she competes—it's that she genuinely wants the people beside her to succeed too.
