Sports give me the opportunity to challenge myself, improve my skills, and enjoy every moment on the field or court. I also love meeting new people and building friendships with others who share the same passion and love for sports.
Jesus Christ inspires me both on and off the field. He is my role model and teaches me to lead with faith, integrity, and purpose. His example reminds me to do the right thing, treat others with kindness and respect, and stay true to my values. I look to Him for guidance when facing challenges and strive to reflect those lessons in everything I do.
The moment that makes me proudest is when my son’s teammates chose him as their captain. It wasn’t a coach’s decision or an award-it was his peers recognizing his leadership, character, and the respect he had earned from those beside him. Knowing his teammates trusted him and believed in him was a moment I’ll always cherish.
