Luke is inspired by his coaches, teammates, and family. On the field, his coaches and teammates motivate him to work hard, improve his skills, and be a good team player. Off the field, his family inspires him to stay humble, respectful, confident, and always do his best.
One of my proudest moments was when Luke faced a very talented pitcher that no one else could hit. Luke stayed focused and confident, stepped up to the plate, and got a great hit. Seeing him rise to the challenge made me incredibly proud of his determination, courage, and love for the game.
