What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

She loves to compete, the challenge to be/get better, the friendships you make, and the all around experiences it brings.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her High school coach has been her biggest inspiration. He believed in her and gave her the opportunity that, as he said she earned.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

She lost her hockey coach just before her senior year to pancreatic cancer and to watch her and her team push through the pain and win a State Championship on his behalf will forever be one of the proudest moments. They dedicate the year to him and they reach the ultimate goal to make him so proud.

Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
