What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What they love most about playing their sport is the excitement of competing, the challenge of improving, and being part of a team. They enjoy pushing themselves to become better, learning from their coaches and teammates, and seeing their hard work pay off. Most of all, they love the feeling of being on the court/field and giving their best effort, no matter the outcome. Their sport has taught them determination, teamwork, confidence, and the importance of never giving up.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Lyndarius inspired by his mom, brother, family, and the Boys and Girls Club community, especially the people who support and encourage them every step of the way. Their family reminds them to work hard, stay focused, and never give up when things get difficult. They are also inspired by their coaches and teammates because they push them to be better, believe in their abilities, and show them the importance of teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship. One moment in their athletic journey that makes me proudest is when they faced a tough setback in a game but refused to give up and kept pushing until the very end. Even though the outcome wasn’t in their favor, they showed incredible determination, supported their teammates, and learned from the experience. That moment really highlighted their growth, resilience, and commitment to always giving their best.
