She enjoys the excitement of competition, being part of a team, and creating memories with her teammates. Basketball and track allow her to push beyond her limits, set new goals, and see her hard work pay off. Most of all, she loves the feeling of accomplishment that comes from giving her best, improving her skills, and inspiring others through her dedication.
My mother inspires me on and off the field. Seeing how she is a single mother that gives me and my sister everything, even if it may be her last. I tell my mother all the time, that I will go to college and get scholarships so that she can proud so that one day I can be able to give her the world.
One moment that has made me proud was seeing my daughter keep going, there were so many times my daughter wanted to give up, and as a mother I had to let her find her own path. My daughter has won MVP, Rookie of the Year, and now she will focus more on track. She has finally found her passion and to see her keeping going and never giving up is the proudest moments.
