I know this maybe repeated but it’s her team mates. If one of them had an idea about a play, macie is the one to team up with them and put it to work. Every game she is reviewing plays and always picks a player who she feels did an amazing job at a tournament (often sharing her squishy and rewards with them) . If one of them tries a new play, Macie is always the one to say hey that was awesome, I’m gonna try that next time too!
Sounds simple and small but when she puts what she learns into play immediately.. it makes me so proud! She is a spit fire the youngest of 6 so her being so coachable on the field is mind blowing . An example is when she asked her coach about crashing on a bunt playing first well the very next game she put what he said into action and she dove and made an amazing catch on a bunt!!
