What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

She loves being with and making new friends playing games they all love.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Ella Chilton was her 2nd grade teachers daughter who played high school softball when Maddie started playing. She has always been her favorite player.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

She taught herself how to pitch and did a really great job in the very first game she pitched. She was only supposed to pitch one inning and ended up pitching the entire game.
