What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Football gives Maddox the opportunity to challenge himself, compete, and be part of something bigger than himself. He loves working with his teammates toward a common goal and enjoys encouraging everyone around him to improve. Whether he's playing fullback, cornerback, or wherever his team needs him, he embraces every role with enthusiasm, knowing every position contributes to the team's success. He loves the game because it teaches discipline, resilience, leadership, and respect.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Maddox looks up to Russell Wilson because of his leadership, faith, work ethic, and the way he encourages others both on and off the field. He also admires Tom Brady's dedication, preparation, and commitment to always improving, regardless of success. In addition, he enjoys following up-and-coming athletes who prove that hard work and perseverance can help anyone achieve their dreams. He also LOVES brothers. All remind him that greatness is built through character, consistency, and effort.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Watching Maddox help lead his team to the MYFL Championship the past two seasons has been incredible, but what makes me the proudest isn't the wins, it's the young man he's becoming. He gives 100% at every practice and game, encourages teammates and competitors, and leads by example. He has earned Honor Roll every grading period for years, reflecting the same dedication, humility, and leadership he shows on the field. This is what makes me most proud!
