What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Aside from the love of the game she loves the bond that she has with her teammates. You learn how to trust, take direction, have compassion from one another.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Maddie is inspired by her teammates to be the best player that she can be for herself and for her teammates.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Maddie was on a team last year with a coach that played favorites with a few of her teammates. She didn’t let this get to her. She continued to practice hard, play hard and always let her coach know that she was ready to play any position.
