Learn MoreWhat I love most about playing my sport is seeing all the time, effort, and hard work i’ve put in pay off during games. It’s rewarding for me to look back and see how much i’ve grown, improved, and learned over time. I also love making memories with my teammates and coaches. They make the experience even more special and motivate me to keep working hard and becoming the best athlete I can be.
My mom is the person who inspires me the most on and off the field. She is always there for me, supporting me and making sure I leave the field with my head held high and feeling proud of my performance. Off the field, she helps me with extra practice and supports me with school. She always encourages me to work hard, keep improving, and never give up. I am grateful for everything she does for me and for always believing in me.
What makes me proudest about her athletic journey is the perseverance and character she has shown throughout seasons. If I had to pick one moment, it would be when she hit her first over-the-fence home run inside the dome. She didn’t even realize it was a home run until she rounded first and heard everyone’s reaction. The look on her face was priceless, and what made it even better was watching her run the bases just as hard as she always does. One of many proud moments I’ll never forget!
