The person who inspires me the most, both on and off the field, is my dad and mom. They have been my coach for as long as I can remember, and softball has always been a huge part of our lives together. I grew up on the field watching them play, and from a very young age, I looked up to them and wanted to be just like them. They have taught me so much more than just how to play softball. They taught me the importance of working hard, staying positive, being a good teammate, and never giving up.
When she was part of the Canada games softball team. She made the team at 15 years of age and competed at the same level or higher than other members on her team and the competition. She never complained, she never backed out from any challenge, and she assumed her role that the coach gave her.
