My mom and grandparents inspire me on and off the field because they always support me and push me to do my best. Coach Dre and Coach ROC inspire me on the field because they never let me settle, even when I think I’m doing good. They teach me discipline, show me what I’m doing right and wrong, and push me to work harder and get better. Everyone who inspires me also reminds me that school comes first and being a good student is just as important as being a good football player.
Football makes me proud because it has helped me get stronger and healthier. Before I started playing, I had trouble breathing after running. Now I can run faster and still breathe well. I’m also proud when my coaches and others notice my hard work. Being told I’m doing a good job makes me smile and pushes me to keep getting better on and off the field.
