His older brother, Zac, inspires him. Zac was born with a medical condition which leaves him receiving blood transfusions every 2 to 3 weeks. The way Zac has always pushed through and never let his condition hold him back has inspired Mac to always push himself just a little bit harder every day.
There is not one specific moment. The thing about Mac's athletic journey that makes me proudest is how he IS a team player. He's always there to help out his teammates and is always willing to take the youger athletes under his wing and teach them everything he can.
