Golf is one of my favorite things because every day is a new challenge. I love that it's a game where I get to compete against the course, but I'm also always trying to beat my own best score. One of the coolest things about golf is traveling to different courses and meeting new friends from all over the country. Every tournament is a chance to learn something new, and I enjoy seeing how different courses make me think and play differently. Making friends for LIFE.
I am inspired by golfers like Sungjae Im because of the way he works hard, stay humble, and never stop improving. They show that success comes from dedication, patience, and believing in yourself even when things don't go your way. I also look up to my family, especially my Dad, because he is always there encouraging me, traveling with me to tournaments, and believing in my dreams. Knowing that he supports me makes me want to work even harder. My goal is to keep learning from him and my Coach.
The moment that makes me proudest wasn't just winning any tournament, it was my first hole-in-one at our own Anniston Country Club's Father & Son Tournament on Father Day with me and my Dad. It was something I had always dreamed about, and when the ball went in, it was an incredible feeling that I'll never forget.
