Marcela is inspired by her parents, coaches, and her family’s journey. Her father played volleyball in Venezuela, and she grew up surrounded by a love for the sport. Coming from an immigrant family, she has learned the importance of hard work, perseverance, and gratitude. Her parents and coaches motivate her to chase her dreams, stay humble, and continue improving on and off the court.
At 16, Marcela was selected to represent Venezuela in the U21 Pan American Cup. One of her proudest moments was earning a starting position and helping her team win a championship. Years of training, sacrifice, and guidance from her family and coaches paid off. These achievements reflect her perseverance, discipline, and strong support system.
