Marcus loves the competition, the challenge of constantly improving, and the feeling of being part of something bigger than himself. He loves pushing his limits, competing alongside his teammates, and seeing all the hard work from training come together on the field. Most of all, he loves the game itself and the opportunity to keep growing every time he plays.
Uncle Cal also Coach Cal inspires Marcus because he has always encouraged him to believe in himself, work hard, stay humble, and never stop chasing his goals. His support has helped Marcus understand that success isn't just about winning. It's about character, commitment, and how you treat the people around you.
One of his proudest moments was achieving the Golden Ball, Golden Boot, and earn Golden Cup international selection. Those accomplishments represent so much more than awards. They reflect the countless hours of training, determination, sacrifices, and belief that Marcus has invested in becoming the athlete and person he is today.
