What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What I love most about playing my sport is having the opportunity to challenge myself, learn new skills, and become a better athlete every time I step on the field or court. I love competing, but I also love being part of a team, encouraging my teammates, and working together toward the same goal. Playing sports has taught me discipline, confidence, teamwork, and how to keep pushing myself even when things get difficult.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My family inspires me off the field because they always believe in me, support me, and encourage me to keep working toward my goals. My coaches also inspire me because they push me to become a better athlete and person. They teach me to stay focused, work hard, be disciplined, and keep going even when things get challenging.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the moments that makes me proudest is seeing how much MJ has grown as an athlete over the past four years. She started out learning the game and has developed into a confident, versatile player who can step into multiple positions and do whatever her team needs. Watching her help her team win multiple championship has been amazing, but I’m most proud of her willingness to keep learning, compete hard, and become a leader and dependable teammate along the way.
