What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Being Competitive, my daughter loves to compete. Push herself to the max for her team. And of course the friendships that are made. Best of best friendships!

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her brother told me, you mom. I think it's her, her drive and spirit is amazing. She attends CSU v-ball camp every summer, when she returns she is on v-ball cloud 9. Nonstop volleyball talk, drills after drills with a grin ear to ear!

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I can't name just one, this athletic girl makes me proud every single day with her drive and determination.

Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
