Learn MoreMason loves being a part of a team. He is fiercely loyal to his coaches and teammates and gives it all, every game, every practice to show up for his friends. He enjoys the thrill of learning new rules and techniques as he advances in age groups. He loves the feeling of getting the out, of being able to do something strongly, that he didn;t know how to do before.
Mason's coach inspires him. His Coach is so encouraging and makes each child feel important and limitless. Mason strives to impress him and show up for him!
This is Mason's first league year with peer-to-peer pitching coming off of using the pitching machine last year. At the beginning on the year he struggled with the timing of the slower pitching and was frustrated with the accuracy of there being strikes to swing at. In one game against a select team, he hit a triple, a double and a single and then finished the last defensive inning as the closing pitcher, pitching 3 strike outs to tie the game. You could tell he was proud and was having fun
