Max loves the rush of motocross—the speed, the jumps, and even the fact that it can be scary. He loves pushing himself past that fear, trying things that challenge him, and feeling the excitement when he accomplishes something he wasn’t sure he could do. There’s nothing quite like the adrenaline of being on his bike and riding a track.
Max says his dad is his biggest inspiration because he’s always pushing him to be better, encouraging him, helping him train, and doing everything he can to make his motocross dreams happen. He also looks up to Haiden Deegan because he’s young, successful, works hard, and still looks like he’s having a ton of fun doing what he loves.
One of the moments I’m most proud of is being able to battle with my friend Nash. He’s a little older than me, started riding before me, and has always been faster. I’ve always looked up to him and tried to catch him. Now I’m getting closer and closer, and sometimes we can really battle. It makes me proud because I can see how much better I’m getting. Nash is also one of my best friends, and he pushes me to keep improving.
