What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Max loves most about soccer is the competition, teamwork, and challenge of always becoming a better player. He loves being on the field with his teammates, working together toward a common goal, and knowing they can count on each other. He enjoys the excitement of game day, overcoming challenges, and seeing his hard work pay off. Most of all, Max loves giving everything he has for his team and the feeling of accomplishing something together.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Max was inspired to play soccer by his older sister, who also played the sport. Growing up watching her play, he admired her dedication, competitiveness, and love for the game. She was someone he looked up to and motivated him to start playing himself. As he continued playing, soccer became a passion of his own. His sister’s example showed him how much hard work, commitment, and love for the game can mean.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the moments that made me most proud of Max was seeing him become a team captain. Watching him grow from a young player into a confident, hardworking leader showed me how much he has grown, not only as an athlete but also as a person. Knowing that his teammates and coaches trust and respect him makes me incredibly proud.
