Meagan's biggest inspiration is Beyoncé. Beyoncé has been ridiculed in the media and still maintains the courage and focus to perform and do what she loves That is inspirational to her. Meagan will put her head down, lock in, and let her work answer.
One meet, her coaches were not available. She left the house claiming a PR of 55' in weight throw. She threw, watched my recordings, when back in, tweaking things and took the gold and the meet record with 51'. Overjoyed, I said good job, let's go home. She reminded me, I came for 55'. On the final throw, she did just that! Then announced we can go home. Lol
