Learn MoreMelody loves the competition and trying to help her team win the game. She enjoys playing multiple positions, where ever she is needed, and she loves to test her speed to try and steal bases or if in the outfield getting the ball in as fast as possible to get an out. She enjoys getting to make new friends, some that have lasted for years.
I would have to say both her parents inspire her but mostly her Father. Her Father was a multiple sport athlete who has instilled competitiveness in all his kids, as well as learning how to enjoy the sport you choose and having fun.
When Melody got selected for the Exact All American International Team to play in Puerto Rico in 2025 even though she could not attend because she had a prior commitment that was too late to cancel, it was still an honor.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
