Learn MoreSoccer has given Micah a friend group with common goals and interests. The team aspect helps challenge him to always give his best but also a drive to succeed and learn more. On and off the field, the team of friends soccer has built makes everyone more like family than just friends.
Micah watched every World Cup game and loves to watch and cheer on Arsenal. He knows many facts about the players. But not just soccer but Preds hockey team as well. He is a wealth of knowledge because he cares about how they play what drives them. I would say he is not inspired by one player but how they all work as a team to succeed. And learning "you can do hard things" as shown throughout both the Preds and Arsenal.
When Micah was younger, he could get really emotional about little things. I got nervous about sports for him that he would embarrass himself or be made fun of for being emotional if he messed up or got hurt. His first game at 4 years old, he fell tripping on his way to score a goal. Literally, rolled over and kept running to score. Never a tear. We learned then, he was athletic and competitive in that sweet soul of his.
