What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What I love most about playing taekwondo is the feeling of becoming stronger and more confident. I enjoy learning new kicks and techniques, challenging myself, and seeing my progress over time. I also love the discipline and the sense of accomplishment I get when I achieve a new goal.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My biggest inspiration in taekwondo is my coach because they encourage me to keep going even when training gets difficult. They teach me to be disciplined, confident, and respectful, both inside and outside of taekwondo. Their dedication motivates me to work harder and become a better athlete and person.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One moment in my taekwondo journey that makes me proudest is when I competed in my first tournament and stepped onto the mat with confidence. I was nervous, but I stayed focused and gave my best effort. That experience made me proud because I realized how much I had improved through hard work, practice, and determination.
