It makes you mentally stronger and physically as well. And you gain a lot of great habits from it, such as not cutting corners, obsessing and finding passion every day grind & focusing in the small details. Small things can influence big things down the line. Creating habits that support my goals on and off the mat.”
“My biggest inspiration is Helen Maroulis because she is such an amazing female wrestler that has had so many accomplishments and has been to the Olympics so many times! She also inspires me to try some of her moves! Just like her foot sweep! I want to be influential to other girls like Helen is & for them to look up to me someday for not only my skills I have but my character and who I am at the core.”
