The challenges of each individual sport she competes in, from flag football, gymnastics, basketball and soccer. Each opens the door to a different challenge and opportunity.
Milla is inspired by the advancement of women’s sports at the collegiate level high school level & professional level. Any athlete that is at the top of their game and doing what they love is who inspires and drives Milla.
When she finally realized the difference between being hurt and being injured after playing two soccer games and five goals later with a broken collarbone, she finally told me that she was hurt. Because she knows when you’re injured someone else will come in and take your job. She gave me the Tom Brady example with the New England Patriots.. when your Bledsoe was injured at the quarterback position. That’s when Brady got his opportunity and he never gave it back.
