My daughter loves the camaraderie, meeting new friends and competitiveness.
My daughter’s default mode since she could walk has been a “be the man, not the fan” approach. When kids are rushing the stars for autographs, she’s in the background getting her reps in. She’s focused more on trying to impress her siblings to compare how many points she scored in comparison.
I laid a strong foundation of strength, speed, and agility before letting her focus on any one particular sport. The byproduct of that has been anytime she steps on the field, track or court, she just dominates. She’s easily picked out from the crowd from her switched on appearance, while most kids are still far behind running around like baby giraffes not fully aware how their body works.
